Job Description

The Head of Marketing is ultimately in charge of maximizing client adoption of Wahed’s products and services globally and at a very fast pace. This includes assessing demand and prioritizing markets/ client segments, defining go to market strategies and key partnerships to be secured. Delivering well in this role especially requires strong analytical, quantitative and management skills.


• Define and adapt the marketing plan
• Assess priority markets’ demand
• Define best go to market strategies and tactics based on product readiness and priority segments to focus on
• Assess and secure key partnerships in each market
• Monitor and improve marketing performance including:
• Customer service and satisfaction
• Competitive position
• Providing timely feedback for products and services development
• Set growth and performance benchmarks. Establish and maintain performance analytics and dashboards
• Manage the annual marketing budget creation and deployment
• Lead and manage multiple teams in different geographies:
• Implements discipline and analytical rigor in marketing and sales process
• Liaise with the Board
• Liaise directly with the Board of Directors through reporting
