Job Description

● Manages and leads a team of developers.
● Communicates company goals, and deadlines to team.
● Motivates team members and assesses performance.
● Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
● Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.
● Hands-on in Backend Development.

● New SaaS implementations that will be adopted widely in the arab region.
● Microservices to be used in analytics and product improvements.
● New search technologies and behavioral intelligence.
● Containerized environment and code orchestrated ones.
● Continuous integration and deployment executions.
● 100% Agile environment first in the market.

Required Skills

● Solid experience as a full-stack developer.
● Solid experience in scripting languages, preferably PHP, nodejs and python experience is a big plus.
● Comprehensive experience in code review, code standardization, dependency injection and code coverage.
● Hands-on expertise in scalability on horizontal level.
● Experience in continuous integration is a go sign :)
● DB both NoSQL and RDBMS are required, not high-level understanding but very thorough one.
● Experience in managing a team of 5-7 members is essential.
● Solid understanding of Agile development, kaanban, scrumban, and scrum.
● Managing infrastructure with a budget constraint is a big plus.
● 8 - 10 years of experience in web/mobile development with open stack and opensource technologies. Startup cultures is desired.
